Bowl 4 oz skirt steak with Mexican rice, and black beans, topped with two fried eggs, avocado slices, and chives.
Perfectly marinated and cooked chunks of pork butt grilled with onions. Served with avocado salad, rice, beans, queso fresco and tortillas.
Two poblano peppers stuffed with mozzarella cheese, breaded, and fried, and topped with a mild tomato-based sauce. Served with Mexican rice, avocado slices, and your choice of tortillas.

Our dedicated team ensures an impeccable service experience for your guests. Representatives from Los Mariachis will be on the ground to oversee the setup, serving, and clearing of the buffet arrangements. This service requires a minimum attendance of 30 guests.
Delivery Service
Our delivery service involves transporting and arranging your order at your event venue. Our crew will make sure the Buffet/Bar is prepared and ready at the agreed time. For added convenience, any equipment left over will be provided in disposable formats.
